You're The Boss
Lifespan will not try to impose a new schedule on you and your family. It is our job to accommodate your schedule and needs. Our staffing coordinator makes every attempt to select the aide with the skill-level and personality that is best suited to the needs of each client. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the caregiver we send out, all you have to do is call us and we will work with you to achieve the perfect fit. This really is all about you!
Professional Supervision
Our professional staff will visit your home regularly while maintaining close contact with our home care staff to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible care. We also make unannounced home visits to review and reinforce the Lifespan Principles of Care with our aides. In addition, our team meets regularly to discuss the changing needs of our clients.
