Being a Home Care Aide or a Personal Assistant at Lifespan is a rewarding and exciting opportunity for the right person.  Staff are carefully selected following an extensive testing, interview and reference process.  Our hiring process meets all of the requirements of the Home Care Services Consumer Protection Act which requires fingerprint clearance through both the Department of Justice and the FBI and comprehensive training.
