Care Manager
Coordinating, collaborating, and supervising care in the client’s home safely and dignifiedly. Assesses the healthcare status of the clients, identifies problems and/or needs, and develops a care plan based on the assessment.

Provides The assistance to the Accounting Lead in varies areas including payroll, billing, accounting, benefits.

Client Success Manager
Provides values-based leadership with proven experience working in the home care and/or aging life care related industries in Santa Cruz County, driving strategy development and leading its execution, managing a diverse team, building new client partnership by initiating the start of services, fielding cases to appropriate care managers after assessing and developing care plans.

Essential Program Caregiver
Provides minimum assistance with ADLs to multiple clients in the same neighborhood.

Well-Being Activity Coordinator
Provides an innovative service which encourages activities to enhance emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual quality of life.

Provides direct personal care services to clients.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Provides direct personal care services to clients.
